After the Annual General Assembly on Saturday the new team is excited to start working straight away! For a recap of the results of the election have a look at this link.

The new team will be working full steam ahead and start straight away. The first board meeting will take place tomorrow, followed by the Development committee on Wednesday and the Technical Committee on Thursday. During the meetings of the development- and technical committee the new chair and secretary general will be elected.

The aim for the coming months is to develop the strategic plan for the coming four years and present this to the National Federations at the earliest possible opportunity.

This is an important quadrennial for Europe with exciting events to look forward to. There are four main events that will be drawing special attention in the coming years, along with out other events. These events are:

-       European Championships in Munich 2022

-       European Games in Poland 2023

-       2024 Summer Olympics in Paris

-       European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) 2022 - Banská Bystrica

This means all eyes will be on Europe and this will be the centre of sport for the coming years. The next AGA is to take place in Munich 2022.

Last but not least, the tradition of the Sunday morning activity was kept alive by 17 national federation out of 42 in total. This was done by the national federations delegated and nominees taking place in an activity of choice and sending their photos.
