The 2025 Europe Triathlon season once again demonstrated the strength and enthusiasm of the Age Group community, with more than 2,700 athletes representing their National Federations across 10 championship events held throughout the continent.
Events featured between 10 and 25 national delegations, showing the continued appeal and accessibility of European-level competition for amateur triathletes.
The Istanbul European Championships stood out for their impressive participation, attracting the highest number of competitors across both the Sprint and Standard distances. The Pamplona Multisport Festival also saw strong attendance across multiple formats, including aquathlon, aquabike, and middle distance races.
Among the most represented nations, Great Britain led the way with nearly 1,700 Age Group athletes competing across the season, followed by Spain, Türkiye, and Poland, all confirming their growing engagement in the Age Group circuit. Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Ireland also maintained consistent participation across multiple disciplines.
In the Age Group National League Medal Table, Great Britain reaffirmed its dominance with a remarkable 96 gold, 89 silver, and 92 bronze medals, comfortably leading the continental ranking. Poland secured second place (27 gold, 20 silver, 11 bronze), followed by Spain (21 gold, 20 silver, 29 bronze). France, Germany, and the Netherlands rounded out the top six, while nations such as Austria, Italy, and the Czech Republic also achieved notable success across the season.
