Family affair as David and Eszter Pap triumph in Vienna

David and Eszter Pap made it a brother and sister double with victories at the Junior European Cup in Vienna.

The talented Triathlon family made it a hugely successful weekend for the Hungarian Triathlon federation, with Renata Fuchs also finishing on the podium in the Junior Women’s race.

Eszter Pap became the first athlete to defend her Junior title at Vienna and this was her third career European Cup victory. She finished ahead of Angelica Olmo (ITA) and Renata Fuchs (HUN).

For David Pap, this was his first ever European Junior Cup victory. He finished ahead of Wian Sullivald (RSA) and Riccardo de Palma (ITA).
