Europe Triathlon

The Europe Cup and Junior Cup of Olsztyn in the beautiful Polish region of Warmia and Mazury has confirmed the implementation of the competition on the 29th of May. It will be the second Junior Cup of the season confirmed, a good chance for the athletes to race again and another qualification event for Kitzbühel.
The race has already been in place for some years and was very successful so far. In 2020 it was one of the few events which managed to take place after being postponed for the pandemic from May to August. Winners of the 2020 edition were Lean Pauger (AUT) and Beatrice  Malozzi (ITA) among the élite and in the junior competition Radim Grebik (CZE) and Sif Bendix Madsen (DEN). The Development team project, implemented by ETU and called “Europe Triathlon Team” in Caorle is going on and all the participants selected will have an online meeting so as to assist the athletes on the difficult aspects of the race courses and on all other situations that may occur. Emma Carney will be invited in the call and together they will overlook the race courses and she will show how to deal with the  most important moments of the competition.
