Great deal for Age Group winners from Geneva

By Paul Groves | 22 Jul, 2015

It is not often that the winner of an Age Group title gets a chance like this. Thanks to the Turkish Triathlon Federation and in particular to Mehmet Zafer PEKER (zaferpekers@hotmail.com), Board Member of Turkish Triathlon Federation and Executive Director of 2015 Alanya ITU Triathlon World Cup, anyone who won their Age Group Category in Geneva gets a further reward.

If you were the winner of your Age Group in either the Sprint of Standard Distance event at the Geneva ETU Triathlon European Championships, then you have qualified for a free entry to the Open Race at the Alanya ITU World Cup and ETU Junior European Cup Race in October. Save yourself the standard Age Group (Open) race entry fee of 100$ / 90€.

Come to Alanya, where the summer lasts longer and where, over the weekend you can race the triathlon and then on Tuesday 20th take part in the classic 5k open water swim from Cleopatra Beach to the beach where the triathlon starts. Check out the course here.

Hotels will offer you excellent deals. The sun always shines and you can use this race as a warm up for the Antalya 70.3 race, which takes place the next weekend on 25th October just an hour along the coast.

This voucher will not only save you the USD100 / €90 entry fee but will allow you to race one of the all-time classic courses, will give you ideal preparation for the middle distance race in neighbouring Antalya and ensure that you go into the Northern European winter with a great tan and a buzz with your end of season fitness.
