British Triathlon is looking to appoint a Performance Development Manager based at its headquarters in Loughborough, England.

The Performance Development Manager will develop and maintain an infrastructure to identify, nurture and develop triathletes who have the ability to win medals at the Olympic Games and major senior Championships in 2016 and beyond; in this role they will be supported by the Talent Development Coach and other key technical staff.

Applicants will have significant elite sport experience as an athlete, coach or administrator in a senior influencing role.

Applicant must be able to spend periods of time away from home at weekends and evenings and travel extensively overseas for extended periods.
